Hisanori Shinohara


	Hisanori Shinohara is currently Director of the Institute for Advanced Research, Nagoya University (2015-), where he is Professor at the Graduate School of Science since 1993. He received his Ph. D. from Kyoto University (1983). His past appointments include: Assistant Professor at the Institute for Molecular Science (1979-1987), and Associate Professor at Mie University (1988-1992). His research activities are focused on materials science, nanoscience and nanotechnology of nano-carbon materials.
